Red River Valley Lacrosse has designed is sessions and teams to accommodate for all skill levels. All the way from those who have never held a stick to kids who have played and are looking to get better in the sport of lacrosse. Everyone is welcome!
Lacrosse is the fastest growing sport in the US.
The spring season is the primary season for Lacrosse
It runs from March to June.
Practices start in March for Varsity and JV.
April for U13 and under.
Practices begin indoors at the Metro Rec Center and Moorhead Youth Arena.
Outdoor practices are held at Moorhead High School in Moorhead, MN, Benett Elementary in Fargo, ND and Towers Fields in West Fargo, ND.
Games are in April and May with the playoffs for the Varsity in June.
The RRVLA Polars boys teams are a part of the MN Boy's Scholastic Lacrosse Association and are in the North Division; comprised of: Brainerd, Duluth, Grand Cities, Grand Rapids, Proctor, and St. Cloud.
The RRVLA Polars Girls teams are a part of the MN Girl's Scholastic Lacrosse Association
Registration: $100 to $350, depending on session and age range.
Equipment: Just like any sport, you can spend as much or as little as you want. You can start out with basic uesd eusedment from Play-It-Again Sports. Scheels All Sports has new equipment for sale. You can also shop on line at sites like lacrossemonkey.com, or lax.com.

Games are played in the same locations as practice in Moorhead, MN and Towers West Fargo.
The season is short, about 3 months long.
8 week session at The Fargo Metro Rec center that runs Jan - March.
Depending on interest, we have done tournaments during the summer for those interested.
The prices are set depending on the number of kids to cover the tournament registration and coaches costs.
In the past we have done: Star of the North and the Great Pumpkin tournaments
